The services offered by MyWorkOutSpot.com ("MyWorkOutSpot.com" or "we") include the MyWorkOutSpot.com website (the "MyWorkOutSpot Website"), the MyWorkOutSpot.com Internet messaging service, and any other features, content, or applications offered from time to time by MyWorkOutSpot.com in connection with the MyWorkOutSpot Website (collectively, the " MyWorkOutSpot Services"). The MyWorkOutSpot Services are hosted in the U.S.
